August 5 – One Man Show featuring John T. Crisp, Jr.
John T. Crisp Jr. One Man Show. This show will highlight the many years of art work John T Crisp Jr. will have a meet and greet to talk to the public and do a video Q&A that will then be uploaded to the Website and Facebook page. His work will be up till the 17th of August so that you can mosey through and look at all the amazing art..
August 7 – Poetry
Poetry in Motion event will have poets for online viewing. Sharing their favorite poetry for the community. Highlighting African American Poets in the Springfield area.
August 14 – CHAHRM w/ Ada Lou
This outside Venue of accomplished musicians Chahrm Featuring Mrs. Ada Lou. Frank Parker -Trumpet, Mark Russillo -Harmonica/ Vocals, John T. Crisp Jr.-Keyboard, Alex Rogers -Guitar, Dion Doss -Drums
August 21 – Art Show
Local Visual artists will be represented in this incredible collection of art. Meet the artists aShowcasing African American BIPOC artist in and around the Springfield Area. This show will be up until the 5th of September so that all that want to come see can. Highlighting 10 artist.
August 28 – Critique
An intimate gathering of artists to discuss their works and share their process, meaning, The last of our events will be The Artist Critique. A Q&A portion to speak directly to the artist.
